Nigeria Education Repository and Databank

The NERD System is the official Databank of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for the education sector. Among others, the platform hosts registers of full texts of academic manuscripts (of thesis, dissertations, project reports, SIWES reports, journal publications etc) and other education documents across universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and all post-secondary and tertiary institutions (both public and private) in Nigeria. The goal of NERD is to aggregate knowledge, preserve knowledge, share knowledge, process knowledge, verify credentials, compel the culture of attribution through originality checks, and warehouse knowledge for the next generation.
